Lee Point Darwin

Lee Point Darwin is a residential development by Defence Housing Australia (DHA) located in Darwin’s northern suburbs. Spread across 131 hectares of zoned residential land and accomodating 800 new homes, as well as a Main Street precinct offering tourism activity, restaurants, cafes, hotels, self-contained apartments and retail shops which will benefit from the close proximity to Lee Point and the Casuarina Coastal Reserve.

Campaign Edge Sprout conducted extensive research and community consultation to begin the branding process and assist in name generation. This included market and competitor analysis, demographic forecasting to define buyer profiles and target market and developing a unique brand personality, tone of voice and point of difference.

Once the name had been determined, we then developed the logo, brand guidelines and brand applications including all print and digital marketing materials, sales centre fit out including internal and external signage, digital displays, interactive masterplans, building guidelines, website,  edms and photography.

Campaign Edge Sprout continues to work with DHA on the promoting of each release, including managing media placement, social media channels and other print and digital marketing materials as required.
