Lee Point Residential Development
Lee Point Darwin is a residential development by Defence Housing Australia (DHA) located in Darwin’s northern suburbs. Spread across 131 hectares of zoned residential land and accomodating 800 new homes, as well as a Main Street precinct where Residents will enjoy tourism activities, restaurants, cafes, hotels, self-contained apartments, and retail shops, as well as being in close proximity to Lee Point and the Casuarina Coastal Reserve.
Campaign Edge Sprout collaborated with DHA to promote the release and create branding for Lee Point, including lifestyle and aerial photography for digital marketing, internal and external signage, the website, EDMs and social media.
