We won the tender to work with DHA to create an integrated marketing campaign and one-stop-shop range of creative services including a media strategy and a refresh of the existing Breezes Muirhead development.
Along with a new lifestyle focused photography campaign, a fresh approach was taken adopting the tagline ‘Welcome Home’ on all Out Of Home media placements including a billboard at Darwin Airport, a full bus wrap, stair railing and ‘Welcome Mat’ style floor stickers.
This awareness campaign was continued across a range of magazine ads, bi-monthly newspaper ads, digital ads, and TVC’s. Custom advertising was placed within the Million Dollar Fish magazine, taking advantage of the development’s close proximity to fishing spots in the northern suburbs.
Since then we have moved to a more retail focus – pushing land sales during the final stage of the development. We have also worked on aligning the existing Norte Haven brand with Breezes Muirhead.
