The Territory
Migration NT
Skilled migration is a competitive area to cut through nationally. It’s also very competitive in the worker attraction and retention space. The Territory has always been a transient place with lots of challenges so this campaign was never going to be easy.
The campaign was developed working closely with the team at Migration NT – Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade to create awareness around putting the Northern Territory in the consideration mix. A full suite of coms deliverables were created, Campaign Edge Sprout filmed and edited a 30 second TVC’s, a suite of outdoor billboards, web landing pages, provided a full suite of animated digital ads, templates, interviews, hero images and a style guide.
As part of the strategy, we presented three creative options and planned a staged campaign release that had a constant look and feel. This was decided as the appropriate approach because people enter the migration space at different points of their life. Some are career hungry, some looking for a sea change, change of pace or looking for a chance to work and explore.
The look and feel is fresh, the talent are real people who we screened and interviewed to be a good fit as brand ambassadors.
The campaign is scalable to an international market, extendable into seasonal targeted needs and offered long term value for the iNorthern Territory Government.
